Lisa Maddalena is retiring!

Lisa Maddalena is retiring after 30 years as the senior librarian and beloved children’s librarian at the Pacific Grove Public Library. Come help her celebrate with cookies, punch & music: Sunday March 24th, from 2:00-4:00pm at the library, 550 Central Avenue. Miss Lisa has read to several generations of local children in the library and schools, and became the senior librarian during some tumultuous years. She was named PG Employee of the Year in 2010. Her compassionate hard work has earned her praise from city co-workers, local library peers, volunteers, and thousands of children! At Lisa’s request, no gifts please. Donations to the Library’s Book Fund in her name would be greatly appreciated!
